Our 100ml Tasting Bottles are the perfect way to try our Single Malt Whisky. A miniature version of our classic flask shaped bottle, they are great for sampling our whisky, gifting to another whisky lover or as a pocket size bottle of The Stillmaker on the go.
Legacy Collection
Our Legacy Collection of Single Malt Whisky has been aged for over six years in French Oak casks that originally matured McWilliam’s Dry Apera. It has all the delicious aromas and flavours iconic to Apera maturation, with a silky mouthfeel and long warm spiced finish.
This collection embodies our bold choice to pioneer whisky-making in the unchartered terroir of Montville, contributing to a new chapter in the legacy of the finest Australian Single Malt Whisky makers.
Tribute Collection
Bundaberg Master Distillers’ Collection, Solera, won World’s Best Dark Rum, 2017. Integral to the solera process were European Oak casks that had aged Ruby Port for decades. This whisky is a marriage of those Ruby Port and Dark Rum expressions. Like those Anzac biscuits that were sent to the soldiers in WW1, it has toffee on the nose, golden syrup and cereal biscuit notes on the palate.
Our Tribute Collection Single Malt Whisky honours the brave volunteers who didn’t make it home, as well as those, like The Stillmaker, who had the courage to leave their homelands and forge a new life in Australia.
The Ports Cask
Thanks to his life changing voyage between the ports of Genoa and Fremantle, Valentino’s story has been shared in a way he could never have imagined. Salute Nonno!
The Ports Cask, is a 100 litre French oak ex-tawny from McWilliams Wines. Cask No. 1, it was the first destined to become The Stillmaker Single Malt Whisky.
